不同亚型HIV-1毒株的耐药突变特征 被引量:4

摘要 人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)由于其具有逆转录病毒基因高度变异的特点,导致该病毒在传播过程中产生了许多亚型.而HIV-1的pol基因区虽然变化较其他基因区小,但不同亚型间也存在着差异.pol基因区包含的蛋白酶(protease,PR)和逆转录酶(reverse transcriptase,RT)的编码区,正是目前广泛使用的抗逆转录病毒药物作用的主要区域,针对HIV-1 PR的药物为蛋白酶抑制剂(PIs),针对RT的药物可以分为核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NRTIs)和非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NNRTIs)两类.在药物的选择压力下,亚型间的基因差异可能会导致不同的遗传障碍,进而引起不同亚型毒株的耐药突变谱产生差异,
