自行火炮战斗室失火原因分析

ANALYSIS OF THE FIRE IN 120 MM SPG COMBAT ROOM

根据某自行火炮抽气装置结构与工作原理以及可燃药筒燃烧机理，得出抽气装置抽气可靠性差与半可燃药筒燃烧不完全是战斗室失火主要原因，给出了抽气装置抽气可靠性计算模型，并分析了影响抽气装置抽气可靠性诸因素，提出了该自行火炮抽气装置结构改进建议；分析了半可燃药筒燃烧不完全原因，提出了半可燃药筒制造与验收及使用注意事项．这对于自行火炮的设计与使用均有一定的参考价值．

According to the structure and work principle of the bore evacuator and the principle of combustible cartridge case, the main reasons of the fire in combat room are low reliability of bore evacuator and incomplete combustion of combustible case. The paper builds calculation model of reliability bore evacuator, analyses the effects on reliability of bore evacuator, puts forward some improvement suggestions. In the paper, the reasons of incomplete combustion of combustible cartridge case are analysed, the matters of making and using for attentions are put forward. The obtained conclusions are valuable for the further study on designing and using self propelled gun.
