摘要
目的:使用激光荧光法测定市售饮料对乳牙釉质表面的酸蚀作用。方法:48个离体乳前牙随机分为4组,分别浸泡于可乐、鲜橙汁、优酸乳和去离子水中25 h,每5 h换液1次。通过扫描电镜进行釉质表面形态学观察,并使用激光荧光诊断仪进行定量分析。结果:可乐组和橙汁组样本酸蚀脱矿明显,实验前后激光荧光值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),可乐酸蚀脱矿能力显著高于橙汁。优酸乳组脱矿不明显,且电镜下可见钙化物沉积。结论:软饮料可造成乳牙釉质酸蚀脱矿,应当控制儿童软饮料的消耗并建议改变饮用方式。
AIM: To evaluate the erosive effect of different beverages on deciduous enamel.METHODS:Forth-eight deciduous teeth was randomly divided into four groups,and each group of teeth were soaked in cola drinks,orange juice,yoghurt and deionized water respectively.The morphological changes were observed by a scanning electron microscope and quantified by a laser fluorescence system.RESULTS:There was a significant difference in laser fluorescence value between the cola drink group and the orange juice group.The erosive capacity of the drinks was cola drinksorange juiceyoghurt.CONCLUSION:Beverages can cause dental erosion of deciduous teeth.It is suggested that beverage consumption by children should be controlled.
