军队综合医院口腔进修生教学路径的实践和探索

Practice and investigation of clinical teaching pathway for dental continuing education in general hospitals of the PLA

该文在分析军队综合医院口腔进修生临床带教现状的基础上,针对口腔进修生的特点,对教学路径进行了探索研究。通过几年的教学实践表明:这个路径有助于巩固进修生职业医德素养,激发进修生理论联系临床实践的兴趣,在培养进修生自学能力、分析问题解决问题和实际动手能力等方面,发挥了积极的作用。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of dental clinical practice teaching in general hospitals of the PLA,we explored the teaching pathways for dental continuing education.Several years of practice suggested that the pathway consolidated the medical ethics and enhenced clinical practice interests of the trainees.It also showed preferable effects on promoting self-study ability,dialectical thinking ability,clinical problem solving ability and operational ability of the trainees.
