摘要 骨科手术、尤其是骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成（deep vein thrombosis，DVT）的发生率较高，患者继发出血、再入院及死亡率均增高。同时，骨科手术后DVT增加了患者住院期间及出院后的经济负担”，
