摘要
胶原是动物体中最丰富的蛋白资源,由于胶原具有很低的免疫原性,与多种宿主细胞及组织有着良好的相互作用,因而可广泛地用于制备胶原基医用材料及医用装置。本文介绍了胶原作为医用材料的生物学优势、胶原基生物材料在医疗领域的使用,以及胶原基生物材料的制备和注意事项。本文还对胶原基医用材料和传统用同类材料的生物医学性质进行了对比,简述了采用生物技术改善胶原基医用材料的途径和前景。
Collagen is the most abundant protein in animal bodies,it holds a very important position in developing collagen-based devices used in biomedicine due to its low immunogenicity,fair interaction with other cells and tissues of host.A range of different product types based on collagen have been developed and are now available commercially.This article describes the unique properties of collagen as biomaterial,its wide application in biomedicine,the manufactures of collagen-based materials and key points during the processing.It is believed that the biotechnology will play a dominant role in promoting the properties of collagen-based materials required by practical use.$$$$
