皮肤镜临床应用进展

Progress in clinical application of dermoscopy

近年来，皮肤镜在世界各国受到广泛的临床应用和研究。ABCD法则、Menzies法、七点核对法、三点核对法、CASH法、掌跖部病变的皮肤镜特点等诊断标准的完善和两步诊断法的确立，使皮肤镜诊断更准确、系统，应用范围更广。目前皮肤镜不仅用于色素性皮肤病，还可用于Kaposi肉瘤、汗腺汗孔瘤、黄色肉芽肿、病毒疣、疥疮、扁平苔藓、银屑病等多种疾病的诊断。概述皮肤镜的诊断标准及临床应用的新进展。

In recent years, dermoscopy has been widely used and studied in most countries in the world. Many newly-established algorithms for dermoscopy, including the ABCD rule, characteristic patterns for acral pigmented skin lesions and two-step algorithm, have improved the accuracy and systematicness of disease diagnosis and widened the application range of dermoscopy. Besides pigmented dermatoses, dermoscopy can be used for the diagnosis of non-pigmented skin diseases including Kaposi＇s sarcoma, eccrine poroma, xanthogranuloma, viral warts, scabies, lichen planus, psoriasis, and so on. This review presents recent progress in diagnostic algorithms for and clinical applications of dermoscopy.
