摘要
IL-21是IL-2家族中的新成员,是近几年来被发现和关注的细胞因子,由活化的CD4+T淋巴细胞合成和分泌,IL-21R表达在多种免疫细胞(T、B、自然杀伤细胞)上。IL-21具有广泛的生物学功能,IL-21功能的发挥依靠其受体共用γ链,主要通过JAK—STAT途径传递信号,可以调节T细胞、B细胞及自然杀伤细胞的增殖并能提高自然杀伤细胞的杀伤活性。作为最新的免疫系统调节因子,IL-21在自身免疫性疾病的作用越来越受到关注,已成为该领域的研究热点。
IL-21, a new member of IL-2 family, has been identified and concerned in recent years. IL-21 is synthesized and secreted by activated CD4+ T lymphocytes, and IL-21 receptor (IL-21R) is expressed on a variety of immune cells including T, B and NK cells. With the mediation of common γchain of IL-21 and JAK-STAT signal transduction pathway, IL-21 has a wide range of biological functions. For example, IL-21 can regulate the proliferation of T, B and NK cells and enhance the killing activity of NK cells. As a new modulator of immune system, IL-21 has become a hot topic in the research of autoimmune diseases.
