介绍郑纺机清梳联的使用情况。通过一年多的运行实践和一系列的质量分析表明 ,国产清梳联技术已经成熟 ,可以取代进口设备而逐步装备纺织企业 ;运用工业技术经济学的理论和方法 ,对国产清梳联使用的经济效果进行了分析 ,指出国产清梳联设备已不再价格昂贵 ,其使用费用 (包括投资和年运营费 )甚至低于传统清梳工艺设备 ,应该在清梳工序改造中推广应用。

The application of the blowing\|carding unit made in Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Plant is introduced.According to the running practice for a year and a series quality analyses,this paper indicates the domestic blowing\|carding technology has already became mature and can be used progressively in equipping textile enterprise replaces import blowing\|carding unit,the economic effect of applicating domestic blowing\|carding unit is analysed based on the theories and the methods of industrial technology economics,and points out the price of domestic blowing\|carding unit is no longer expensive,it can be spread in reformating the blowing\|carding processing because of the use fee(Includes invest and operating costs) even lower than traditional blowing and carding equipments.
