摘要
我国正处于社会、家庭结构的转型时期,传统的居家养老模式与单一的社会养老设施养老模式都存在着或多或少的不足。文章提出了创建新型混合社区的设想,即养老设施与居住区规划混合设计的理念,希望能够为解决城市居民养老居住问题提供有效途径。
Our society and family structures are in a transition period, there are some weakness in both the traditional in home senior care model and homogenous social infrastructure senior care model. This paper -presents an idea for creating a new hybrid community, which is a mixed design layout of senior care facilities and residential areas, which is hoped to efficiently solve the senior care housing issue for urban residents.
