摘要
为了解水泥熟料破碎阻力随温度的变化,在实验室制备熟料样品,并在熟料冷却阶段的不同温度点进行力学实验。分析了水泥熟料样品载荷–位移曲线、抗压强度、弹性模量等随温度的变化情况。结果表明:随温度的降低水泥熟料表现出明显的硬化特征,加载峰之后,水泥熟料的特性宏观上表现出塑性向脆性的渐次转变。在冷却阶段,水泥熟料的弹性模量和抗压强度均随温度的降低而增大,温度低于1 000℃后弹性模量急剧增大。温度从1 100℃降至800℃时熟料的抗压强度增幅达73.4%。
Cement clinker samples were prepared in the laboratory according to cement clinker burning process.To study the changes of cement clinker grinding resistance with temperature,mechanical experiments were carried out under different temperatures during the cooling process.Influences of the high temperature on load-displacement curve,compressive strength,elastic modulus of cement clinker were systematically studied.It is shown that the hardening phenomenon of the clinker becomes obvious with decrease of the temperature,and post-peak behaviors manifest characteristics of transforming from plasticity to brittleness.With the decrease of the temperature,the elastic modulus and compression strength of cement clinker increase.Elastic modulus increase greatly when the temperature is lower than 1 000 ℃.Compressive strength of clinker increases by 73.4% when the temperature dropped from 1 100 ℃ to 800 ℃.The experiment results provide a reference for the low-energy grinding of cement clinker at high temperature.
