摘要
利用热模拟技术研究了焊后冷却速度对大型石油储罐用钢焊接热影响区组织性能的影响。研究发现:随着冷速的降低,焊接热影响区的硬度显著降低,焊接热影响区的主要组织由板条贝氏体到粒状贝氏体再到针状铁素体。
The influence of post-welding cooling rate on microstructure and properties of HAZ of large oil storage tank steel were studied by the thermal simulated technology.The results show that the hardness of HAZ reduces obviously with the decrease of cooling rate;with the reduction of cooling rate,the major microstructure of HAZ is transformed to granular bainite and to acicular ferrite from lath bainite.
