摘要
研究了7A09铝合金半固态触变成形时模具温度对制件充填能力的影响,以及压力、模具温度对制件力学性能的影响。在480℃×12 h固溶处理+120℃×22 h时效的热处理制度下,模具温度在0~400℃时,温度越高,充填性能越好,制件力学性能越低;成形压力在0~375 MPa时,压力越大,制件力学性能越高。
The influence of die temperature on filling ability,the influence of press and die temperature on mechanical properties were studied in thixoforming of parts of 7A09 aluminum alloy in semi-solid state.After 480 ℃ × 12 h solution treatment + 120 ℃× 22 h aging treatment,when the die temperature is 0~400 ℃,the higher the die temperature is,the better the filling ability is,the lower the mechanical properties are;when the press is 0~375 MPa,the higher the press is,the better the mechanical properties are.
