摘要
3600t锻造用压机的下横梁结构复杂,铸件容易产生缩孔、缩松、裂纹等铸造缺陷。针对该铸钢件的工艺技术难点,利用计算机模拟软件研究了铸造工艺的合理性,保证了该下横梁的铸造成功。
A lower beam casting in 3600 t press for forging has a complex inner structure and casting defects,such as shrinkage and porosity,crack and so on.The computer simulation was used to analyze and validate the rationality of casting process to ensure the successful production of lower beam.
