水平连铸结晶器铜套失效分析

Failure Analysis on Copper Sleeve in Horizontal Continuous Casting Mould

通过宏观分析、金相检验、SEM断口分析及力学性能测试等手段,对连铸钢坯炉次少的CuCo2Be水平连铸结晶器铜套进行失效分析。结果表明:晶界氧化夹杂和铸造、锻造造成的组织缺陷是引起结晶器铜套快速失效的主要原因。

By means of macroscopic and microstructure examination,SEM fractography,mechanical properties testing and so on,the failure of CuCo2Be copper sleeve only used a few times was analyzed.The results show that oxide inclusion in grain boundary and structure defects from casting and forging process are the main reasons for failure of the copper sleeve.
