Analysis on Leakage of Clayed Aluminium Alloy Radiator by Nocolok Brazing

对采用Nocolok硬钎焊工艺钎焊的三层复合铝合金散热器进行了宏观分析,并进行金相检验、X射线能谱分析和扫描电镜分析等试验,最终得到其腐蚀泄露的原因是所使用的防冻液pH值严重超标。

The leakage of clayed aluminium alloy radiator by Nocolok brazing was analyzed and the analysis of metallographic,EDS and SEM were carried out.Finally the leakage reason of the aluminium radiator was that the pH value of the antifreeze was too high compared with the standard.
