嘌呤受体P2X配体门控性离子通道7及相关炎症因子与系统性红斑狼疮抑郁障碍的发病关系
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）是典型的自身免疫性疾病,免疫功能紊乱是其主要特点,有多种自身抗体和免疫炎性细胞参与其发病.SLE临床表现复杂多样,可以累及全身多个系统,神经精神狼疮（neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus,NPSLE）是最常见的临床表现之一并与预后密切相关,发病率为12%～71%.
