超声在类风湿关节炎的应用进展 被引量：4

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是常见的自身免疫疾病,该病起病隐匿,反复发作,常导致关节畸形和功能丧失,除关节病变外,该病还可累及心血管等其他器官和系统,为严重影响人类健康的疾病之一.RA目前尚无特异性的诊断方法,确诊需要依靠临床检查,实验室检查和影像学检查综合判断.
