以中枢神经系统症状为首发表现的干燥综合征二例 被引量：1

摘要 例1女,34岁.因＂言语不清伴肢体活动障碍6个月,加重1个月＂于2009年8月就诊于我院.患者6个月前无明显诱因出现言语欠清,左侧肢体发麻,无头痛头晕,无晕厥,无抽搐,未予重视.
