预溶胀下丙烯酰胺与涤纶的接枝共聚研究 被引量:2

摘要 以二甲基亚砜为溶胀剂在聚合前对涤纶进行溶胀,溶胀程度随溶涨时间和温度而提高.以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,分别用溶胀PET纤维和未溶胀PET纤维与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚合.研究结果表明,相同条件下,经过预溶胀后的PET纤维初始反应速率较高,并且达到的接枝率也较高. Using dimethyl sulfoxide as swelling agent and benzoyl peroxide as iniatior, graft copolymerization of acrylam-ide onto poly(ethylene terephthalate) fibers has been studied. The results show that dimethyl sulfoxide inclusion in the fibers increases with increased treatment time and temperature with swelling agent. Under the same conditions the graft yield of the fibers pretreated by dimethyl sulfoxide is higher than that of untreated fibers and the initial reaction speed of the former is also higher than the later.
