摘要
由0Cr17Ni5Mo3沉淀硬化不锈钢制造的托板螺母零件,在冲压拉伸成型过程中,在进行第一次及第二次冲压拉伸时零件发生开裂,大约有30%零件发生开裂。利用扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜以及化学成分和力学性能的测试手段,对材料和断口进行深入研究,并开展了模拟试验。结果表明:裂纹是由于材料中的σ相引起的;最后确定了合适的固溶工艺,经对裂纹零件的原材料进行重新固溶处理后,σ相消失,冲压裂纹不再产生。
Some supportingplate nuts of 0Cr17Ni5Mo3 PH stainless steel cracked during the process of deep drawing. In order to find out the failure cause, macro and micro observation, chemical composition analysis, and mechanical property testing were carried out. In addition, simulation tests were performed. The results show that cracks resulted from α phase in the material. This problem can be solved by adjusting the process of resolution. After proper resolution,α phase in the raw material for the nuts disappeared, and cracks did not occur during the following deep drawing process.
