摘要
受油探头橡胶密封圈试飞考核后破损严重,导致漏油。通过对密封圈的外观进行检查,对密封圈的表面及断口进行宏、微观观察,对压制密封圈的模具表面进行了检查,对密封圈所用材料进行红外分析。结果表明:密封圈为疲劳失效;疲劳裂纹起源于密封圈表面磨损区域;密封圈表面磨损主要由于其在液压油中发生溶胀,体积增加且表面的加工质量粗糙,使得密封圈所受摩擦力增加,易发生磨损所致。
A rubber seal ring in the probe of oil receptacle failed as a result of serious wear after a trial flight of the aircraft. The cause of the failure was analyzed by macroexamination of the seal ring, macro and micro observation of the seal ring surface and fractures, surface inspection of the mould used for the seal ring production, and FTIR analysis of the material of the seal rings. The results show that the failure mechanism of the rubber seal ring is fatigue. The fatigue crack originated from the surface owing to the serious wear. Surface wear of the seal ring is related to the swelling of the seal ring in the oil and the poor surface quality.
