摘要
目的回顾分析应用骨质疏松治疗仪治疗闭合性桡骨远端骨折,观察其在促进骨折愈合的作用。方法 2007年5月~2010年1月,选择69例闭合性桡骨远端骨折,年龄55岁~86岁,平均67.2岁。按就诊时间为序,单数进入实验组,双数进入对照组,将69例患者按序分配到实验组和对照组,实验组35例,对照组34例。实验组在手法复位石膏托外固定术后即开始连续16周应用天津希统生产的XT-2000B骨质疏松治疗仪治疗。2次/d,40 min/次。对照组在手法复位石膏托外固定术后不给予骨质疏松治疗仪治疗。其余康复治疗及预防感染,活血化淤,促进骨折愈合的药物等的应用完全相同。实验组和对照组分别在2w,6w,12w,16w复查X片。结果所有患者获得4月的随访。实验组在6w,12w,X片上有明显骨痂生长,16w有大量骨痂生长,且有部分病例髓腔再通。对照组在12w,X片上有少量骨痂生长,16w骨痂生长明显,但未发现有髓腔再通的病例。结论应用骨质疏松治疗仪治疗骨折具有促进骨折愈合,缩短骨折治疗时间的作用。
Objective To review and analyze the application of the instrument for osteoporosis therapy in the treatment of closed fracture of distal radius, and to observe its effect in fracture healing. Methods From May 2007 to Jan 2010, 69 cases of closed fracture of distal radius, aged 55-86 years old (67.2 years in average) , were selected. According to the admission time, odd and even numbered patients were enrolled into experimental group (35 patients) and control group (34 patients), respectively. After the manual reduction and plaster fixation, the patients in experimental group were treated with XT-2000B osteoporosis therapy instrument (Tianjin Xitong Electronics Equipment Co. , Ltd. ) , 40 minutes per time, twice per day for the following 16 weeks. The patients in control group did not receive treatment with the osteoporosis therapy instrument after the manual reduction and plaster fixation. Patients in both groups received exactly the same treatment otherwise, including rehabilitation, prevention of infection, blood stasis dissipation, and the use of medicine conducive to fracture healing. X-ray films were reviewed for patients in both groups on 2-, 6-, 12-, and 16-week, respectively. Results All patients were followed up for 4 months. On 6w and 12w, the patients in the experimental group showed notable callus growth in the X-ray films. Callus growth was more on 16w, and with medullary cavity recanalization in some cases. In contrast, the patients in the control group showed a slight callus growth in the X-ray films on 12w. Although a significant callus growth was found on 16w, no medullary cavity recanalization was discovered in control group. Conclusion The application of the osteoporosis therapy instrument stimulated fracture healing and shortened the treatment time.
