血管内皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在外阴白色病变组织中的表达

Expression of VEGF and bFGF in vulvar white lesions

目的了解血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在外阴白色病变中的表达,探讨其发病机制。方法采取免疫组化链霉素抗生物素-过氧化酶(S-P)法,观察血管内皮生长因子和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在30例外阴白色病变组织中的表达情况,并与10例正常外阴皮肤作为对照组。结果 VEGF在外阴白色病变组织中的表达显著低于正常外阴组织(P<0.05);bFGF在外阴白色病变LS和SH两型组织中的表达显著低于正常外阴组织(P<0.05),在混合型病变组织中的表达与正常外阴组织比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外阴白色病变组织中VEGF和bFGF的表达降低,提示局部组织神经微血管功能障碍可能是外阴白色病变的相关因素之一。

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF and bFGF in vulvar white lesion. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF and bFGF in tissue of vulvar white lesions from 30 patients （study group） and 10 normal vulvar skin （control group）. Results The expression of VEGF was significantly higher in control group than in study group （P0.05）. The expression of bFGF was significantly higher in normal vulvar skin than in Ls and SH （P0.05）. The expression of bFGF had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The expression of VEGF and bFGF were lower in vulvar white lesions than in normal skin which suggests the abnormality of blood vessels and nerves in local lesion may be one of the associated factors in the development of vulvar white lesion.
