变应性鼻炎特异性免疫治疗新进展

Recent advances in the specific immunotherapy of allergic rhinitis

变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)是一种由于特应性个体接触致敏原后由IgE介导的鼻黏膜慢性炎症反应性疾病。该病的治疗方法多种多样,但却难以达到临床治愈的目的。随着免疫学的不断发展,由于特异性免疫治疗(specific immunotherapy,SIT)的高安全性和可靠疗效,渐渐成为AR的重要治疗手段之一。本文针对近年来流行的两种特异性免疫治疗方法的产生背景、机制、疗效及安全性进行综述。

Allergic rhinitis（AR） is an IgE-mediated chronic inflammation disease of nasal mucosa,which usually occurs after atopic individuals exposed to allergens.Although there are a variety of treatment methods for this disease,it is still difficult to achieve the purpose of clinical cure.With the development of immunology,specific immunotherapy（SIT） has gradually become one of the important treatments of AR due to high security and exact efficacy.This review recapitulates the background,mechanism,efficacy and safety of two kinds of popular specific immunotherapy methods in recent years.
