摘要
本研究利用显性标记ST10对96份江苏省部分地区杂草稻抗条纹叶枯病基因进行检测,同时对供试材料进行了田间抗性调查。研究结果表明,在96份杂草稻材料中,有5份材料能够扩增出727bp的ST10特异条带,91份材料没有获得PCR产物,说明其中5份材料可能携带Stv-bi基因,而其它91份材料不携带该基因。根据田间调查结果显示96份杂草稻均抗条纹叶枯病,推测91份不携带Stv-bi基因的杂草稻材料中含有其它抗病基因。本研究结果为开发杂草稻抗病基因提供参考。
The strip disease resistance genes and field resistance of 96 weedy rice in Jiangsu province were studied by dominant marker ST10.727 specific fragment of ST10 were amplified in the five among ninety-six samples while PCR products were none found in others,suggesting five samples perhaps carried stv-bi gene and nonexistence of such gene were in other ninety-one samples.However,all of the ninety-six materials exhibited characters of resistance to rice strip disease,we presumed that ninety-one weedy rice materials may carry resistance gene other than stv-bi.This study can be as a referrence for the develop of disease resistance genes of the weedy rice.
