Developments and Applications of Mould Surface Coating and Its Forming Technology

表面涂层技术是改善模具使用性能的重要手段。目前已开发了多种涂层材料以适应模具不同的使用条件,成形技术也取得了长足的发展。通过对模具表面涂层技术及其应用现状的分析,指出优化涂层材料设计,提高工艺成品率,降低制造成本,是今后模具表面涂层技术的发展目标。

Mould surface coating and its forming technology is an important method of improving mould operating performance.Various coating materials have been developed to adapt to the different requirements of moulds and thus the forming technology has also made great progress.By analyzing the current situation of mould coating forming technology and its applications,the author points out that the development targets to the mould coating materials and its processing would focus on the optimize the coating materials design,increase the producting efficiency and lowering the manufacturing cost.
