多层螺旋CT后处理技术显示胸骨变异 被引量:3

Demonstration of the Sternum Variations Using Post-processing Technique of Multi-slice Spiral CT

摘要 目的利用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)的各向同性,寻求观察胸骨变异的最佳重组模式。资料与方法回顾性分析43例行胸部容积扫描的病例,使用多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)和最大密度投影(MIP)、表面阴影法成像(SSD)及容积成像技术(VRT)显示胸骨的变异。最后由两名CT诊断医师对各种后处理图像进行观察和分析。结果 43例受检者的MSCT后处理图像均能显示胸骨的变异。在显示变异的胸骨形态方面,冠状位CPR模式优于矢状位MPR模式(U=-8.769,P=0.000)和横断面MPR模式(U=-8.693,P=0.000);VRT模式优于MIP模式(U=-8.609,P=0.000)和SSD模式(U=-7.278,P=0.000)。结论冠状位CPR、VRT是显示胸骨变异的最佳组合模式,在评价胸骨变异方面较常规平片和(或)CT更具优势。 Objective To determine the optimal protocol to visualize the sternum variations using multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT).Materials and Methods Forty three cases underwent conventional chest volume scan with 16-slice spiral CT.The multi-plane reformation(MPR),curve plane reformation(CPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),surface shade display(SSD) and volume rendering technique(VRT) were performed to display the variations of sternum.All the post-processed images were observed and analyzed by two radiologists.Results All the post-processed images obtained from the MSCT could show the sternum variations.,Coronal CPR was better than sagittal MPR(U=-8.769,P=0.000) and axial MPR(U=-8.693,P=0.000) in displaying the variations.VRT was better than the imaging modes of MIP(U=-8.609,P=0.000) and SSD(U=-7.278,P=0.000)in displaying the variations.Conclusion Coronal CPR and VRT are the best imaging methods in displaying sternum variations and they are markedly superior to conventional X ray images and axial CT images when used to evaluate the sternum variations.
