摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺方法,研制出一种新型铁基粉末冶金Fe-P-C-Cu系材料。实验表明,完全可以替代原用青铜合金材料,力学性能良好,特别是抗咬合性能突出,可有效解决原用材料制品的"烧盘"现象。另外,采用球形成型工艺可节省材料,用改造的单板机数控车床对球面进行加工,能确保产品尺寸要求,提高加工效率。
A new kind of powder metallurgy Fe-P-C-Cu material was developed by powder metallurgy technique.The experiment indicates that this material can be substituted for the bronze alloy material,the mechanical properties are good,the anti-linking performance is especially prominent,the problem of 'distributor dish burning' phenomenon can be effectively solved.Moreover,the adoption of sphere forming technology can save the material,and single trigger numerical control lathe was used to machine spherical surface,which can guarantee size request and improve the processing efficiency.
