摘要
基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,采用有限元方法对复合管爆炸焊接的动态过程进行数值模拟,研究不同间隙下复管的飞行速度及其与复合管爆炸焊接质量的关系;根据模拟结果得到的合理间隙范围进行复合管的实际爆炸焊接试验,并依据复合管结合界面的力学性能测试结果及结合形貌的分析,得出数值模拟能较准确的描述复合管爆炸焊接的动态过程,据此给出了复合管爆炸焊接间隙的合理取值范围。
The dynamic process of explosive welding of composite tube was simulated by the finite element method on the platform of ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The relation between velocity of flyer tube and bonding quality was studied.According to the reasonable scope of stand-off distance from simulation,the real experiment of explosive welding was done.Based on the testing result of mechanical performance and the analysis on morphology of interfacial bonding,it is concluded that process of explosive welding can be described by simulation.Therefore,the reasonable scope of stand-off distance on explosive welding of composite tube is obtained.
