摘要
针对纤维增强复合材料层合板不同弹击速度条件下的弹击特性问题,基于大型有限元软件LS-DYNA3D,建立了一套适用于不同铺层顺序、铺向角以及不同弹击速度的数值模拟方案,对纤维增强复合材料铺向角、铺层顺序对其弹击性能的影响作用进行了数值分析研究。结果表明,增加长纤维的使用比例,可有效提高结构的吸能及抗弹击特性,且在低速弹击条件下铺向角与铺层顺序对弹击性能有明显作用,而在高速条件下几乎无影响。
A set of method was put forward for the numerical simulation of bullet impacting on fibre reinforced composite laminate based on the large-scale finite element software LS-DYNA3D,which proved to be applicable for the situations of composite panels with different fibre directions and stack sequences and bullets with different initial velocities.The influence of fibre direction and stack sequence on the panel's bullet resistant ability was studied.The result shows that panel's bullet resistent ability and energy absorption ability can be improved by increasing the proportion of long fibre,the fibre direction and stack sequence have obvious effect in the case of the low bullet velocity,while almost no effect in the case of high bullet velocity.
