摘要
目的探讨应用交锁髓内钉治疗尺桡骨骨折的疗效。方法对11例尺桡骨骨折患者进行闭合复位或有限切开复位、Smith—Nephew髓内钉内固定。结果随访8~32周,骨折愈合在8~20周,平均12.7周。1例延迟愈合,无骨折不愈合或感染发生。根据Anderson评分标准,优7例,良3例,可1例,优良率达90.9%。结论交锁髓内钉是治疗尺桡骨骨折的良好选择。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment of ulna and radius fractures. Methods 11 cases of ulna and radius fracture were treated by closed reduction or limited incision followed by the fixation of interlocking intramedullary nailing (produced by Smith-Nephew Company). The data were reviewed. Results The average time of bone healing was 12.7 weeks, ranging from 8 to 20 weeks. Among all these cases, only one case showed delayed healing but without nonunion or infection. According to the Anderson classification, there were 7 cases graded as excellent, 3 cases as good, and 1 case as fair. The excellent and good ratio was 90.9%. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nailing is a preferable method in the treatment of ulna and radius fractures.
