脾窦岸细胞血管瘤临床病理分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的结合文献探讨脾窦岸细胞血管瘤(littoral cell angioma,LCA)的临床病理特征。方法对2例LCA进行临床资料分析、光镜及免疫组化标记观察并复习有关文献。结果 LCA组织学上由相互吻合的窦样腔隙构成,腔壁见乳头状结构,内衬单层内皮样细胞,高柱状或立方形,无异型,内皮细胞及组织细胞标记均呈阳性表达。结论 LCA是一种罕见的脾血管性肿瘤,其诊断主要依靠病理组织学及免疫组化标记。LCA与恶性肿瘤相关,应密切随访和严密观察有无继发内脏肿瘤。
