扩散加权磁共振成像和PET/CT在良、恶性淋巴结鉴别中的价值

Value of MRDWI and PET/CT in differenting benign and malignant lymph nodes

摘要 目的探讨扩散加权磁共振成像(DWMRI)及正电子发射计算机断层扫描显像(PET)在良、恶性淋巴结鉴别中的价值。方法 18只健康新西兰白兔随机均分为两组,分别建立淋巴结炎模型和淋巴结转移模型。在常规图像基础上测量两组淋巴结的扩散系数(ADC)及标准摄取值(SUV)。结果恶性淋巴结的ADC值及相对表观扩散系数(rADC)明显大于良性淋巴结(P<0.05)。恶性淋巴结的早期标准摄取值(SUVearly)及延迟标准摄取值(SUVdelay)明显大于良性淋巴结(P<0.01)。结论 DWMRI能够有效的区分良、恶性淋巴结,与PET成像效果相似。其中rADC值诊断能力优于ADC值。 Objective To investigate the value of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging(DWMRI) and positron emission tomgraphy CT(PET/CT) in differenting benign and malignant lymph nodes.Methods Eighteen healthy rabbits were equally divided into two groups of A,in which benign lymph node model was established,and B,in which malignant lymph node was established.Mean values of ADC and SUV were measured with the two techniqus.Results The values of ADC and rADC were significantly higher in group B than those in group A(P0.05).So did the values of SUVearly and SUVdelay(P0.01).Conclusion As with PET/CT,DWMRI can be taken as an indicator for differentiating benign lymph node from malignant.rADC is more valuable than ADC in differenting benign and malignant lymph nodes.
