2型糖尿病患者粒细胞和单核细胞CD11b表达与糖尿病微血管病的关系 被引量:1

Relationship of CD11b expression on granulocytes and monocytes with diabetic microangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者粒细胞和单核细胞CD11b表达与糖尿病微血管病发生的关系。方法用流式细胞术检测77例无微血管病的T2DM患者(A组)和67例伴有微血管病的T2DM患者(B组)外周血粒细胞和单核细胞CD11b表达的相对平均荧光强度(RMFI),另以78例非糖尿病标本(C组)为对照。结果 B组粒细胞和单核细胞CD11b表达的RMFI分别为(31.96±8.96)和(177.95±48.38),明显高于C照组的(20.10±12.10)和(150.59±37.15)或A组的(17.64±10.94)和(158.09±25.55)(P<0.01)。微血管病累及部位的数量与粒细胞RMFI密切相关(P<0.01)。结论伴有微血管病的T2DM患者粒细胞和单核细胞表面CD11b的表达异常增高;粒细胞CD11b的表达与微血管病累及部位的多少具有良好的相关性。 Objective To observe the relationship of CD11b expression on granulocytes and monocytes with diabetic microangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).MethodsRelative mean fluorescence intension(RMFI) of CD11b expression on granulocytes and monocytes was measured by flow cytometry in 77 T2DM patients without diabetic microangiopathy(group A).67 T2DM patients with diabetic microangiopathy(group B) and 78 healthy subjects(group C).ResultsRMFI of CD11b expression on granulocytes and monocytes was higher in group B [(31.96±8.96) and(177.95±48.38)] than that in group A [(17.64±10.94) and(158.09±25.55)] and group C [(20.10±12.10) and(150.59±37.15)](P0.01).CD11b expression on granulocytes was closely correlated with the severity of diabetic microangiopathy(P0.01).Conclusion CD11b expression on granulocytes and monocytes is abnormally high and closely correlated with the severity of diabetic microangiopathy in T2DM patients.
