3T TOF MRA与DSA评价颅内动脉系统 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价3T TOF MRA对颅内动脉系统的显示能力。方法 40例临床提示颅脑血管疾病患者,前瞻性行3T TOF MRA和DSA检查。以显示颅内动脉的主干及其分支为指标,评价3T TOF MRA显示颅内动脉的能力。结果 3T TOF MRA对大脑前动脉的显示能力等同于DSA(P>0.05);对大脑中动脉及大脑后动脉略低于DSA(P<0.05),但平均显示级别和DSA相当。3T TOF MRA显示颅内动脉系统主干及其分支与DSA有很好的相关性(大脑前动脉,P<0.01;大脑中动脉,P<0.05;大脑后动脉,P<0.01)。结论 3T TOF MRA显著提高了对颅内动脉的显示能力,能很好显示颅内细小血管,与DSA有很好的匹配性,可做为颅内动脉系统评价的首选、无创、无辐射检查方法。
