摘要
研究了无机絮凝剂PAC、PSA、PFS、MgCl_2、CaO及其与有机高分子絮凝剂CGA复合使用对两种不同工艺漂白废水的混凝处理特性。结果表明,水质1COD_(Cr)、AOX去除率分别为63.2%,45.3%,水质2COD_(Cr)、AOX去除率达73.1%,53.4%。氧化钙与碳酸钠具有相同的降解AOX能力,硫离子在中性pH条件下可显著提高AOX的去除率。混凝剂复合使用优于单一混凝剂的混凝效果,且投药方式、不同顺序、pH、搅拌方式有很大的影响,温度影响不大。化学污泥具有较高的热值,可以回收利用。
This study examined the effects of flocculents PAC, PSA, PFS, MgCl2, CaO, CGA and their complex on removal of CODCr and AOX from two kinds of different pulp bleaching effluents. The result showed that removal rate of COD, AOX were 63.2%, 45.3% and 73.1%, 53.4%respectively. Sodium carbonate was as effective as CaO for reducing AOX, AOX reduction was considerably more remarkable in the presence of sulphide. The effect were supper when flocculents were used with combination, the way of flocculation pH dosing orders and stirring did effect on the result except temperature. The sludge with high thermal value could be recovered.
