摘要
采用CuO 沉淀剂与含有机硫废碱液进行固液反应,经过滤回收NaOH,碱液中的有机硫由滤渣吸附除去,灼烧滤渣得到的 CuO 可循环使用,并可得到副产品Na2S2 O5。最佳的试验条件为:CuvS= 1.56v1(摩尔比),反应温度20~30℃,反应时间30m in,滤渣灼烧温度900~950℃,灼烧时间30m in。总硫脱除率和 NaOH 收率分别达到95.7% 和95.2%
CuO precipitant is used to react with waste alkali liquor containing origanic sulfides. NaOH is recovered by filtration and organic sulfides are removed into filter cake by adsorption. CuO recovered by calcinating the filter cake can be reused and by product Na 2S 2O 5 is obtained. The optimum testing conditions are as follows:Cu∶S=1.56∶1(molar ratio),20~30℃ of reaction temperature, 30min of reaction time, 900~950℃ of calcination temperature and 30min of calcination time. The removal rate of total sulfur and the recovery rate of NaOH are 95.7% and 95.2% respectively.
