摘要
目的 本研究探讨磁驱动主动脉内轴流泵动物体内植入手术-"田氏"植入法及实验结果。方法选取家猪33头,全麻后开胸手术暴露胸降主动脉和心脏。在降主动脉侧壁作切口与26-mm Da-cron人造血管行端-侧吻合,然后通过人造血管将轴流泵推入升主动脉,环绕结扎动脉内轴流泵。结果随着动脉内轴流泵转速的增加,左心室的收缩期峰值压和平均压力逐步下降。动脉及心室压力与转速的关系。当达到10000 rpm转速时,左心室内压力可降为零。结论左心功能可被动脉内轴流泵替代,揭示动脉内轴流泵具有可行性。"田氏"植入手术是一种简单可行的植入技术。
Objective This study explored the new surgical technology of implantation of an intra-aortic impeller pump (termed "tian procedure")by in vivo animal tests. Methods 33 swines were anesthetized and, after thoracotomy an 26-mm Dacron graft was astomosed in an end-to-side fashion to the descending aorta,the intraaortic impeller pump was positioned inside the aortic chamber through the ananastomosis and fastened. Then the extracorporeal magnetic device,hold by hand tightly against the thoracic wall approximately parallel to the intraaortic impeller pump was started. Results The relations of rotary speed of the pump (RS) and mean left ventricular pressure( MLVP), mean right ventricular pressure ( MRVP), mean aortic pressure (MAP) were receded. We found that when rotation speed was over 10000rpm,the pressure of the left ventricular fell to zero. Conclusion implying the left ventricular function was totally replaced. The concept of intra-aortic impeller pump is feasible and the "tian procedure" is a effective technology of implantation of an intra-aortic impeller pump.
