窄谱中波紫外线联合白介素8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线照射联合外用白介素8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法对应用不同疗法的两组患者在不同治疗阶段的治疗效果采用PASI评分指标进行对比分析。结果两治疗组第8周时PASI评分均较治疗前明显降低,实验组第8周的PASI评分较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合白介素-8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效,且疗效优于单纯光疗法。
