Transmission and Integration: Vicissitudes of Overseas Chinese Education in the Philippines(1945—1975)

摘要 战后初期,在华侨社会进步的推动下,菲律宾华文教育得以迅猛发展。20世纪五六十年代后,随着"菲化"浪潮的不断冲击以及华人政治认同的转变,菲律宾华文教育逐渐发生变化,并加快了与菲律宾本土文化的融合进程。从战后菲律宾华文教育的发展来看,华人政治认同的改变对华文教育的变迁产生影响,教育菲化案加速了华文教育的融合进程,菲律宾华文教育的融合是历史发展的必然趋势。 Promoted by the progress of overseas Chinese society, overseas Chinese education in the Philippines boomed after the World War Ⅱ. During the time of 1950s and 1960s, with the impact of "Filipinization" and changes in political identity of overseas Chinese, the overseas Chinese education in integrated with the local culture the Philippines. The post-war development history of overseas Chinese education in the Philippines attests to the truth that political identity of overseas Chinese exerts influence on the vicissitudes of overseas Chinese education and "educational Filipinization" speeds up the integration process of overseas Chinese education. It should be said that the integration of overseas Chinese education in the Philippines is the inevitable trend of historical development.
