构建独立学院教学质量内部保障体系是提高独立学院教学质量的关键。本文在论述构建独立学院教学质量内部保障体系的意义和所遵循的原则的基础上,构建了独立学院教学质量内部保障体系,即保障组织体系、管理制度体系、教学条件保障体系、教学质量评价体系、教学质量信息收集与反馈体系,以促进独立学院教学质量的提高。

To construct the teaching quality security system of independent colleges is the key to improve the teaching quality ot m- dependent colleges. This paper is discussed on the base of the meaning and principles of the teaching quality security system of inde- pendent colleges. It constructed the teaching quality security system of independent colleges to improve the teaching quality of inde- pendent colleges, that is, security organization system, management system, teaching conditions security system, teaching quality evaluation system ,teaching quality information collection and feedback system.
