摘要
经中组部决定,从2008年开始,用5年时间选聘10万名高校毕业生到农村任职,这一计划的实施具有长远的战略意义。但各个高校在推行大学生"村官"政策的过程中出现了这样那样的问题。本文从大学生对"村官"的认识现状入手,对政策实施过程中的问题进行分析,并结合当前实际提出了落实"村官"政策联动策略,进一步推进大学生"村官"工作的落实。
Decision by the Central Organization Department, starting in 2008, hiring 100,000 college graduates to serve in rural ar- eas during 5 years, the implementation of this plan has long -term strategic significance. However, the implementation of ＂Village＂ ap- peared some issues in every university. From the status of students on the ＂Village＂ understanding, the article analysis the issues of policy implementation,and propose the implementation of the ＂Village＂ policy linkage strategy, the same time promote the students ＂Village＂ work deeply.
