摘要
教育部于2001年11月颁布将软式排球纳入中、小学《体育与健康》教学大纲。近十年,软式排球运动以其符合中学生的生理特点和心理特点、符合学校体育实施健康和以学生为本、主动参与等自身的特点和独特的魅力在中学体育教学中显示出了极强的活力,已成为中学生体育锻炼内容的首选。本文采用了文献资料法、对比分析法等对软式排球在中学推广的可行性进行分析与研究,拟为软式排球在中学的推广与提高起到理论上的支持。

The last decade, soft volleyball for its physical characteristics consistent with high school students and psychological character- istics,in line with the implementation of health and school physical education student -oriented, active participation of their own charac- teristics and unique charm of physical education in secondary schools showed strong the vitality of the contents of physical exercise has become the first ehoiec for high school students. This paper uses literature,comparative analysis of law on the promotion of soft volley- ball in high school and study the feasibility analysis, is proposed for the soft volleyball in high school to promote and improve the theo- retical support play.
