在人力资源管理工作中,人才与职位的匹配越来越受到重视,因此,为之服务的胜任特征模型研究的地位日益显著。本文从胜任特征的概念入手,引出胜任特征模型,详细介绍了胜任特征模型的概念与类型,建模方法,建模后的验证方法。最后,介绍了胜任特征模型在国内的应用。

In the Human Resource management ,the matching of people and job position is regarded day by day. It is correspond- ingly that research on Competency Model which services for the matching has became more and more important. This article brings out the Competency Model from the definition of Competency. It introduces the definition of Competency Model, the type of it, methods of building and checking it. At last, it introduces the application of the Competency Model in China.
