摘要
心理授权是授权的个体内心体验的综合体,包含工作意义、自我效能感、自主性以及工作影响四个维度。个体心理授权的影响因素包括个体因素、工作因素以及组织因素三个方面。心理授权的研究对于工作绩效、组织承诺以及工作满意度的研究都有着重大意义。
Psychological empowerment is authorized individual inner experience, including meaning, impact, self - determination, self- efficacy. An individual' s psychological empowerment factors including the authorized individual factors,work and organizational factors in three aspects. Psychological empowerment research work performance for the authorization, organizational commitment and job satisfaction research are significant.
