Through the analysis the targets of industry＇s enterprises＇ economic benefit of comprehensive evaluation,the method of comprehensive evaluation based on the theory of unascertained measure are established.And an objective method to determine attribute weights is given through applying entropy＇s method.The application of this model in assessment of industry＇s enterprises＇ economic benefit was studied through an example.The quantitative analysis method is given to estimate industry＇s enterprises＇ economic benefit,so that the economic benefit of industry＇s enterprise could be analyzed and assessed more directly and reasonably.
