Influence Factors Study of Intellectual Property Protection about International Cooperation in Science and Technology Based on Factor Analysis Method

在分析国际科技合作知识产权保护重要性的基础上,探讨国际科技合作知识产权保护的影响因素,并运用因子分析法对影响因素进行了系统分析,提取出了制度因子、关系因子、经济因子、技术因子、管理因子等五个因子,得出了国际科技合作知识产权保护影响因素的重要程度,为国际科技合作知识产权保护策略的制定及制度的完善提供参考依据。

Based on the importance analysis of intellectual property about international cooperation in science andtechnology,from the micro-macro two levels,this paper first explores the influence factors of intellectual property about international cooperation in science and technology,and discusses key influence factors by using the factoranalysis method,and then concludes six common factors such as institutional factors,relational factors,economic factors,technical factors,management factors etc.And the importance degree of influence factors of intellectual property about international cooperation in science and technology were also obtained,and finally provides reference forstrategy development and institution construction of the intellectual property about international cooperation in scienceand technology.
