A Research of the Innovation System in Central R&D Department——Cases from World Leading Equipment Manufactory Companies

创新类型学矩阵表明,中央研究院是大型制造企业发展到一定阶段的必要选择,其存在的目的是更好地掌控行业核心技术,同时在企业内部形成技术交易市场,促进科技成果的转化。对世界三大装备企业:西门子、GE和NEC中央研究院的组织结构、战略、管理,以及创新模式体系进行研究,对组织结构设计及运作机理进行归纳总结。

Innovation Typology Matrix shows that a central RD institution is a necessary choice for those big manufactory companies at certain development stage.The purpose to set up such a institution is to get a better control of the core technology and convert those technologies to production.This paper studies the structure,strategy,management and innovation system of central RD institutions in the top 3 electric companies（Siemens,GE,NEC） worldwide.The conclusion is for the reference of big Chinese manufactory companies.
