Corporate Emergency Response Strategy of Dynamic Capability Building

在已有战略分析模型的基础上,提出了企业应急反应战略动态能力模型。模型中定义了企业战略三定律,明确了企业战略和内外部因素之间的相互关系;提出了内外部因素的识别模型,从而根据因素的时间、空间、可能性、不确定性等,区分出其被企业处置的优先顺序;还就重要因素对企业利益相关者及资源能力影响进行了分析;最后,就模型的组织安排进行了探讨。

In this paper,the strategic analysis model has been proposed based on the business strategy of dynamic capability model of emergency response.Model defined in the Three Laws of enterprise strategy,clear business strategy and external factors within the relationship between;raised the internal and external factors in the recognition model,which based on factor of time,space,possibility,uncertainty,etc.,distinguish between the disposal of its corporate priorities;also an important factor on the enterprise capacity of stakeholders and resources impact analysis.Finally,the model of the organization was discussed.
